What happens after my first investment?
The 6.5% yield applies to your first investment of AED 10,000 or more. After the initial 12-month period, returns are based on the rental performance of your investments.

What if the property doesn't generate rental income?
The yield is 6.5% or more, depending on performance, for the first 12 months and is not affected by the property’s rental status during that period.
Can I invest more than AED 10K?
Absolutely. The AED 10,000 minimum unlocks the 6.5% yield, but you can invest as much as you like. The 6.5% rate applies to the full amount of your first investment.
