    1. Set Up Your Account

    • Download the Stake app or visit www.getstake.com.
    • Choose your market: UAE or Saudi Arabia—you can switch anytime.
    • Complete the onboarding by verifying your identity and personal details.

    2. Choose What to Invest In

    UAE Properties

    • Head to the "Available Properties" section.
    • Pick a property, enter your investment amount, and add it to your cart.
    • Confirm your purchase via debit card or bank transfer.*

    Saudi Funds

    • Browse through the "Available Funds."
    • Select your amount and proceed to checkout.
    • Confirm payment using a credit or debit card.

    *Note: Investments remain pending until the full amount for the property is raised.

    3. Get Your Ownership Documents

    UAE Properties

    • Once the property is fully funded, ownership is transferred.
