Co-Founder and Co-CEO Manar Mahmassani took the stage with a question for the room: "How many of you have ever looked up at the Dubai skyline and thought: 'I wish I could own a piece of that'?"

SNB Capital: Unlocking Saudi Arabia's generational opportunity
Manar returned to announce our partnership with Saudi National Bank Capital: the Middle East's largest asset manager with SAR 244 billion in assets under management.
We launched in Saudi less than 12 months ago. Already, we've delivered three real estate funds and opened the Kingdom's real estate market to global investors.
Under this partnership, Stake gains access to SNB Capital's institutional-grade investment expertise, their premium asset pipeline, and their vast retail customer base of millions of investors hungry for new products.

Tokenization: The next evolution
Ricardo Brizido, our Co-Founder and CPTO, walked the audience through something we've been building behind the scenes: Tokenization.
Traditionally, real estate investors face three major blockers: high minimum investments, lack of liquidity, and complex ownership structures.
Tokenization solves all three.
How it works: each square meter of property equals 10,000 tokens. Together, they represent 100% of the asset. Individually, they open the door to investors at any level.
Our users can invest with smaller amounts, own verifiable digital assets on the blockchain, and eventually trade their shares through an internal marketplace, all while maintaining the same level of security trusted by global banks.
Every token comes with official ownership documents issued by the Dubai Land Department. Every transaction is recorded on the blockchain. And we're operating under VARA regulation to ensure the highest standards of compliance and investor protection.
The tokenization pilot launches first for UAE-based users. Then we scale globally.
