You can start with AED 500 or invest six figures. Either way, there's a tier that matches where you are and rewards you for moving up. You can also check your tier directly in the app.

Intro: your first step to real estate investing
With AED 500, you can own a share of Dubai real estate or a Saudi property fund and start earning passive income from day one. We waive payment processing fees at Intro, so more of your money goes into your investment instead of to fees.
Refer a friend, and you earn AED 150.
Plus: RentReinvest kicks in
Invest AED or SAR 5,000 in a rolling 12-month period, and you move up to Plus automatically.
This is where RentReinvest kicks in: it takes your rental income and puts it straight back into new investments, so your portfolio keeps growing without extra work on your part.
Your referral bonus also rises, to AED 200.
Pro: earning cashback on your investments
Pro is where cashback starts: 1% on properties, 0.5% on funds. Invest AED 10,000 in a property and you get AED 100 back; invest in a fund and you get AED 50.
Run that cashback through RentReinvest and you lower your effective cost while speeding up your returns.
Your referral bonus climbs to AED 300 too.
Elite: first access to opportunities
Elite gets you first look at new funds before they open to other tiers, so you're first in line on opportunities other investors haven't seen yet.
Cashback also doubles here, to 2% on properties and 0.75% on funds. For example, that's AED 200 back on a AED 10,000 property, or AED 75 on a fund investment.
Prestige: the ultimate investment experience
Prestige is our top tier, and it pays the most: AED 3,000 cashback on a AED 100,000 property investment, or AED 1,000 on a fund investment. You also get:
- A personal relationship manager for one-on-one support
- Investor dinners with Stake's team and other high-net-worth investors
Reaching Prestige tier doesn't automatically mean you qualify for a UAE Golden Visa. The two are measured differently: Prestige is based on a rolling 12-month total (AED 300,000+), while Golden Visa eligibility is based on total invested value (AED 2M, about $545,000) spread across multiple properties. That threshold brings renewable 10-year residency, family sponsorship, and access to UAE banking.

Making the most of your tier
Your tier is based on your total investment over the past 12 months, and it updates automatically as you invest more. Check it any time in the app. Because it's a rolling window, consistent investing matters more than one large deposit.
From Plus tier onward, you can reinvest your cashback and referral bonuses through RentReinvest, compounding your growth over time.

Yes, your tier is based on your total investment activity over the past 12 months. For exactly how each product, including StakeOne, counts toward that total, check the app, we can't confirm every product's treatment here.
Yes. Tiers are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, so your tier moves down as well as up if your investment pace drops below the next tier's threshold.
No. Cashback is a loyalty reward on top of your investment. It's separate from any rental income or capital appreciation you earn from the property or fund itself.
No. Prestige tier needs AED/SAR 300,000+ invested in the past 12 months. The Golden Visa route needs AED 2,000,000 in total invested value, a much higher bar. Check your cumulative portfolio value, not just your current tier, if residency is your goal.
RentReinvest unlocks at Plus tier (AED/SAR 5,000+ invested in a rolling 12-month period). It automatically puts your rental income back into new investments, and from Plus tier onward you can also reinvest cashback and referral bonuses through it, compounding your growth over time.
