What is StakePredict?
StakePredict is a free prediction competition that runs every quarter.
Each round, participants answer 10 multiple-choice questions about Dubai's property market: things like whether average prices in a certain area will rise or fall, how many properties will sell, which neighbourhoods will outperform.
When the round closes, Stake checks everyone's answers against independently published property market data. The participants who got the most right are ranked on a public leaderboard and win prizes.
Stake's goal is to build this into something bigger over time: a live snapshot of what thousands of people who follow Dubai real estate actually think is going to happen next.
It's completely free, no money required
Most competitions that involve predicting market outcomes ask you to put money on the line. StakePredict doesn't.
