That sounds exciting until you’re the one sifting through them. You’re looking for good returns, prime locations and long-term growth… so that much choice becomes a problem. Here’s why: - Yield inflation: Best-case scenarios with no grounding in data - Weak locations: Poor connectivity, few amenities, no growth outlook - Developer risk: Big promises from unproven names - Market saturation: Too many lookalike units chasing the same tenants Filtering those out isn’t just about saving time.
