Overview
Every property listed on Stake goes through 4 stages before it reaches an investor's portfolio: sourcing, funding, management and sale. In this lesson, co-founder Rami walks through each one.
The lesson covers how Stake sources properties in established, high-demand Dubai neighbourhoods, benchmarking each one against comparable transactions and Dubai Land Department (DLD) data before making an offer. It explains what happens once a property is fully funded, how Stake manages tenants and maintenance, and how rental income reaches an investor's wallet weekly.
It closes with what happens when a property is ready to sell: a vote among its investors in the app, and how Stake manages the sale and distributes the proceeds if the majority choose to sell.
