Transferability

The ability to transfer virtual assets may be restricted or unavailable in certain circumstances, whether due to technological limitations, platform constraints, or regulatory requirements. Certain transfers, once executed on a distributed ledger, cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details, including wallet addresses and recipient information, prior to initiating any transfer. Transactions involving virtual assets may be recorded on public distributed ledger technologies (DLTs) and may be visible to third parties. While certain technical measures may be available to limit discoverability, these are not guaranteed, and the permanent, immutable nature of DLT records means that transaction data may remain accessible indefinitely. You should not assume that activity on this platform is private.

Security, Fraud, and Legal Protections

Virtual assets may be exposed to fraud, manipulation, theft, and targeted attacks including hacking, phishing, and social engineering. Vulnerabilities in digital infrastructure, smart contracts, or third-party service providers may result in the partial or total loss of virtual assets. Virtual assets held through this platform do not benefit from deposit protection schemes or investor compensation funds. In the event of theft, technical failure, or insolvency, you may have limited or no legal recourse.
